theme and Workshops |
In line with 3rd AFRICOM General Assembly and Conference theme: “New Museums for Africa: Change and Continuity”, a plenary session and three parallel workshops are being organised to examine salient issues that impact on the management of the rich and diverse cultural heritage of Africa. The three workshops will identify priority areas for action to be taken, either by AFRICOM, and/or by museum and heritage institutions in Africa. In addition, a seminar for Directors is also being organised to discuss issues of governance, partnerships and other related issues
