AFRICOM Board unveils vision of “a secure, rich and vibrant African heritage” |
The AFRICOM 2009-2013 strategic document was discussed and approved by the AFRICOM Board of Directors during a crucial three day meeting held in Nairobi on the 20th of April 2009.
The meeting brought together seven out of the eight board members who revisited the vision and amicably revised it to read as “a secure, rich and vibrant African heritage”.
The Board also had the opportunity of meeting the new senior management team at the secretariat.
