Institutional Activities The following activities and services have been planned or are being developed to take place or be initiated by the end of 2006: Information and Network Building Newsletters: No. 4 in 2005, No. 5 in 2006 AFRICOM Web Site: 2005 Reconstruction and Re-launch Membership Services: Management of membership campaign (doubling number of members by 2006, aiming for membership in all African countries, management of fees, identification of benefits). Advice and response to requests for information, contacts and technical assistance (e.g. computer hardware donations) Institutional Meetings Annual Board Meetings in 2005 and 2006 2nd AFRICOM General Assembly in 2006 Institution Building of AFRICOM Development and improvement of AFRICOM infrastructures, frameworks, policies, human resource development
