General Assembly Proceedings
We are pleased to announce that the long-awaited Proceedings of the 2003 AFRICOM Conference and General Assembly are now available in English and French, thanks to generous funding from Africalia (Belgium). Participants at the Conference, as well as all AFRICOM members, have been sent their copy. Please contact the Secretariat if you did not receive yours, or if you wish to obtain additional copies.
