CHDA Post-graduate Diploma in Care and Management
of Heritage and Museum Collections
Due
to lack of university level study programmes
in museology in Sub Saharan Africa, a Postgraduate
Diploma Course has been established, as an
activity of the CHDA,
through a signed agreement between CHDA, the
University of Nairobi, ICCROM, the University
of London and the National Museums of Kenya.

The
course provides skills and competencies to enable
museum workers to contribute to the effective
management and conservation of museum and heritage
collections and to providing leadership to the
profession in Africa.
